July 2008 – The Siren book launch
Peppone's Restaurant in Crondall was the venue for the launch of The Siren where it was transformed magnificently by NOMO Events into a setting that mirrored the sophisticated but informal ambience of a restaurant on the Amalfi coast.

Candles burned bright into the night and delicious canapés and wines, typical of the regions around southern Italy, were enjoyed by the guests along with a reading that I gave from The Siren.

It was very well attended by family, friends, bookshops, local businesses and organisations who all took away with them, a complimentary copy of the book. I also received well wishes from Sir Ray Tindle and Jeremy Hunt - the Shadow Culture Minister and MP for South West Surrey.
Already, the book is selling well on the internet and so a big thank you to all those who have already taken the time to buy a copy through my new website.
